Module 4: McCall Flower Farm, Inc (& Produce)

  • FIELD DAY – Cohort will visit McCall Farms in Volcano, a commercial vegetable farm, which was formerly a commercial flower farm!

McCall’s is located at 19-4277 Haunanu Road in Volcano, HI 96785

  • McCall produce includes lots of leafy greens, broccoli, watercress, herbs and berries!
  • Value-Added products include jams and baked goods.

You can also find them at the Volcano Farmers Market on Sunday mornings from 6-10am at the Cooper Center

McCall Farm

Jeffrey McCall is has been farming in Hawai’i for decades. Formerly specializing in flowers at their original Pahala farm, the McCalls moved to Volcano and began growing vegetables after the smog began negatively impacted their flower crops.

Our programs are conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local safety guidelines, including COVID-19 protocols. Participants and site visitors are required to:

  • Observe social distancing whenever possible.
  • Bring a mask and wear it over your nose and mouth while in enclosed spaces.
  • Wear closed-toed shoes and bring sun protectioneducational programs only.
  • Complete a liability waivereducational programs only.
