This course consists of 8 full days of hands-on training and production with Hawaii Master Food Preservers Ken Love, Jane Tai, and Jess Devendorf. This is our most intensive course. All days are in-person (no Zoom) and each class day is 8:00am-5:00pm.

Price – $350. Cost for this program is usually $500, but is being subsidized by grant funding through USDA/NIFA 2022 Enhancing Agricultural Opportunities for Military Vetereans Program, Section 760 of Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2017 (HR 244). There are additional veteran and community scholarships available through Hoʻōla Farms.
Please only sign up for this course if you can attend all dates and times. Completion will result in a Master Food Preservers certification, and participants will be taking home the preserved products they make in class. Mahalo for your time!
