Food is Medicine Our Food is Medicine program provides fresh, locally grown and produced food to kūpuna, keiki, Veterans, caregivers, and families with limited access to nutritious meals. Aligned with a growing national movement that recognizes food as a critical part of healthcare, our program applies the Food is Medicine
Hoʻōla Farms offers support to Veterans, caregivers, and their families by engaging them in hands-on agriculture and community activities.
Our goal is to enhance Veterans’ physical, mental, and social well-being, fostering a greater quality of life and prosperity for themselves, their families, and communities. We do this by providing a safe, welcoming environment where we combine everyday gardening and farm work with education, fellowship, and fun.
