Aloha, please complete this registration form to sign up for our August 2024 Value-Added Products course. This course consists of 4 Field Days at local operational farms and businesses on the East side of Hawai’i Island, and 4 Virtual Classroom sessions via Zoom. Participants will learn key concepts in producing a successful value-added agriculture product. 

  • Tuesday, August 6th – 5:30-7:00pm (Virtual via Zoom)
  • Saturday, August 10th – 9:00-12:00pm
  • Tuesday, August 13th – 5:30-7:00pm (Virtual via Zoom)
  • Saturday, August 17th – 9:00-12:00pm
  • Tuesday, August 20th – 5:30-7:00pm (Virtual via Zoom)
  • Saturday, August 24th – 9:00-12:00pm
  • Tuesday, August 27th – 5:30-7:00pm (Virtual via Zoom)
  • Saturday, August 31st – 9:00-12:00pm

Price – $99. There are veteran and community scholarships available through Hoʻōla Farms.

Scholarship Interest
The cost of attending this program is $99 per person. If you're a Military Veteran or a community member with financial need, please check the box below if you'd like to be considered for a scholarship from Hoʻōla Farms to cover the cost of participating in this program. You will still be required to submit payment, but if you receive a scholarship the payment will be refunded upon completion of the program.
